1. Scope of Services
AquaLeads engineers demand generation, speed-to-lead automation, appointment qualification, and pipeline management systems for US residential water-treatment dealers. Services include funnel configuration, CRM pipeline setup, missed-call recovery protocols, and remote appointment setting.
2. No Guarantee of Closed Sales
Important Operating Policy: AquaLeads does not guarantee closed sales. We build and manage the demand, qualification, response, and booking process. Final results also depend on service capacity, sales follow-up, pricing, market conditions, and the dealer's close rate.
3. Territory Exclusivity & Service Areas
Dealers operate within agreed geographic service areas defined by zip codes, counties, or metro radiuses. AquaLeads does not onboard direct competitors in the identical service territory during active client agreements.
4. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments, maintaining valid contractor and water treatment licenses, presenting accurate pricing, maintaining appropriate liability coverage, and treating homeowners professionally.
5. Appointment Setter Terms
Remote setters contracted through AquaLeads operate on a performance commission basis (10–15% per closed installation plus $5 per qualified showed appointment). Setters are independent contractors and must comply with verified communication standards and US business hours.
