1. Introduction & Overview
AquaLeads operates appointment qualification infrastructure and lead management systems for US residential water-treatment dealers. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the business and consumer information submitted through our platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information provided directly by water-treatment company owners and appointment setter applicants, including name, business name, work email address, telephone number, geographic service areas, and operational parameters.
When homeowners interact with dealer intake funnels, we collect problem symptoms (e.g. water hardness, sulfur odor, well status), contact information, and property ownership status strictly for scheduling authorized assessments.
3. How Information Is Used
- To evaluate dealer lead leaks and deliver requested funnel reviews.
- To route qualified appointment requests to the designated water-treatment dealer.
- To transmit confirmation notifications and appointment reminders via SMS or email.
- To evaluate candidate qualifications for remote appointment setter roles.
- We never sell or rent dealer or homeowner data to third-party data brokers.
4. TCPA & SMS Compliance
All automated SMS response and reminder protocols implemented for dealers operate in strict accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC messaging regulations. Homeowners are provided explicit opt-out instructions (e.g. reply STOP to unsubscribe).
5. Security & Data Retention
We utilize encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL) and access-controlled databases to protect commercial and lead data. Data is retained only as long as necessary to facilitate appointment verification, reporting, and pipeline operations.
